Accessing Educate.ie’s Digital Teaching Resources for 2024
Educate.ie provides a comprehensive suite of supplementary materials to schools that adopt any of our publications. These resources include planning templates, educational posters, and PowerPoints, all designed to help you make the most of the programme.
With the recent introduction of the new Schoolbook Grant, Educate.ie has revised the process for accessing these resources to align with the latest guidelines from the Department of Education.
To ensure you receive the appropriate materials and gain access to our innovative digital resources, we kindly request that you provide the following documentation, depending on your school type or the specific class/year group you represent:
For Post-Primary Schools (Fee-Paying), covering Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate: Please submit your complete School Booklist for all years that will be distributed to parents for the upcoming school year.
For Post-Primary Schools (Non-Fee Paying) that receive the new Government Schoolbook Grant:
- For Junior Cycle – Similar to primary schools, along with the school booklist, proof of purchase for all Educate.ie titles desired must be submitted. (A copy of an invoice or a copy of a PO from the Bookshop is required. Direct purchases from Educate.ie do not require further documentation.)
- For Leaving Certificate – Please provide your full School Booklist for all years that will be sent to parents for the upcoming school year.
For Primary Schools: Along with the school booklist, proof of purchase for any Educate.ie titles you wish to access is required. (A copy of an invoice from the Bookshop will suffice. If purchases are made directly from Educate.ie, no additional documentation is necessary.)
When you have all documentation gathered, send it into our team on support@educate.ie with the following information:
- School Name & Roll Number
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Include all titles and editions in the booklist.
- Specify book quantities on the purchase documentation.
- Detail your existing book rental program to clarify your school’s requirements.
- Cover all class levels to ensure resources are allocated for each group.
