If you’re not satisfied with any of the books you’ve bought, send them back to us within five days and we’ll refund the price to you.
You need to contact us initially to ask for permission to return the product. Educate.ie will also refund your postage costs if the return is a direct result of our error. However, if the books were correctly dispatched by us, we will not refund postage.
Books must be returned undamaged and unused to qualify for a refund. Note that CDs or any other complementary material must be returned unopened to be considered ‘new’. Educate.ie reserves the right to reject products that are received in less than ‘new’ condition. Books will be returned to the customer if they are not eligible for a refund.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return of the product. Failure to provide this copy will result in an unprocessed return.
